Eggplant Balado Teri Medan

    Ingredients

    1. 4 pieces ofeggplant
    2. 1/4 kg ofanchovies field
    3. ground spices
    4. 5 grainshazelnut
    5. 8 clovesb. red
    6. 4 clovesb. white
    7. 6 pieceschili big red
    8. 2 pieces ofcayenne pepper
    9. 1 pieceof tomato
    10. 2 cmginger
    11. 2 cmlaos
    12. 1 stalklemongrass
    13. 2 sheets ofbay leaves
    14. 1 sheetof orange leaves
    15. 1 tbspoyster sauce
    16. to tastesugar, brown sugar, salt, soy sauce
    17. to tasteoil for frying

      Step

      1. Wash and cut eggplant and fry until half cooked 
        -Rendam hot anchovy terrain, wash, drain, dry and fry until crispy
        +
        • Heat oil 
          -Tumis ground spices until fragrant 
          Key in eggplant and anchovy which had been fried 
          -Add sugar, brown sugar, salt, soy sauce to taste 
          -test sense 
          -Sajikan
